It's a little narrow depending on what u put in there. But for the price i think its a good deal.

Is the front covered in screen or plexiglass? I can't tell.

I personally would say that it is inadequate for a sav monitor. It is 8' long by 5' high and 2' deep.

Savannahs do not require an enclosure 5 feet high. And they need at least twice the depth of that enclosure!

As far as floor space, An adult sav will require approx. 32 square feet in an 8' X 4" rectangle. The height depends on how deep you want your substrate to be.
Savs generally stay at ground level and dig and stay in burrows.

That cage is not a good choice for a sav monitor in my opinion. It's better suited for an aboreal like an iguana as advertised.
