I've been wondering, what brand of UVB light is the best, ZooMed Reptisun or Exo Terra Reptiglo?

I haven't tried the mega-ray, I will now though, but the ZooMed Powersun UV is great too.

The PowerSuns are very good. But everyone I had went out in about 2 months. Which I may have had a bad lot because I bought like 4 all at once. When I first switched I kept the PowerSun in their second basking spot. As soon as the MegaRay was installed Baby & Dragon both started using it exclusively. They ignored the PowerSun so I ended up having to get a second MegaRay EB kit for them. And eventually bought Huff one too.
