One more question how do you tell if a fluorescent bulb is also UVB?

If it isn't marked as UVB, it isn't.

You can also buy a UV meter, which you would need anyways to see if the bulb was even good if it were a UVB light. UVB lights are not good forever. They have a shelf-life and stop producing usable uvb. Most lights need replacing every 6 months or so. The mercury vapors tend to last a year or more but need to be monitored with a UVB meter in order to know when they need to be replaced.
The stamp on your light doesn't mean it is different from what you currently have. It means that the stamp was placed there before or after they moved the placement on future/past lights. (I can still read deleted posts. lol) The violet lights, also called infrared or nocturnal viewing lights, do not emit UVB.
