What Kind of Frog Do I Have??

    i have a frog that my boyfriend found outside if anyone can help me figure out what kind of frog it is i have been looking online for hours and cant seem to figure it out he is a light tan color and has a light color like a V between his eyes and another a little below that hes about the size os a quarter help please

    Where are you located. And can you post a picture of it?

    Agree with Merlin, deffinitly need a picjture to be sure. Im located in eastern kentucky, so if your in appalachia it could be a grey tree frog. I was the proud owner of 2 of them a few years back. They are usually grey colored but can be a tan/light brown also.
    Get us a picture and an area like merlin said and im sure a resident frog pro can sort it out for ya! :)

    I can't help you ID him but I can encourage you to find a safe place outside to let him go. Most wild caught animals don't thrive in captivity. If you want a cute little amphibious friend I'm sure our members can help you research what captive bred pet would make a good addition to your home.
