Tetra does make the aquasafe that is supposed to be good for reptiles. Im not too sure the difference when compared apples to apples with something like Zoo Meds Reptisafe. I've also seen products to make distilled water acceptable. That would probably be a solid way to make sure there is no heavy metals etc.. in the water.

Any of the products for dechlorinating water for tropical fish will work.

Distilled water is NOT acceptable for aquatic creatures. No matter what you put in it. Distilled water is void of any minerals and will pull those minerals out of the animals body, killing it.

I was very curious when I saw that product myself. I've always just used distilled for cleaning purposes.
