    Oh yes, they are clever little beasts! You have to be fast and come at him from different directions!
    I'm also concerned that live birds might carry parasites. Keep a good record of his weight to be sure he's not losing because of worms or other parasites.

    I've been keeping good records now that I'm writing everything down. He's doing a lot better actually now that he's eating. He'd gotten really thin, enough for me to worry because he was not all the big to begin with. I predict that I'll have him eating mice in the near future. That little guy loves to eat!! He'll even eat them backwards and has tried swallowing them from the side once or twice! :confused: No worries though he's in good hands ;)

    Rodent Pro sells chicks, but only frozen ones.
