Hey guys, just a little update with Cernunnos here.
I got some sphagnum moss and a little dish to keep it in, now humidity doesn't drop below 60.
I also got him a bigger water bowl so he can fit in it nicely if he wants to.
For night heating we have been using a red bulb but it seemed like this was bothering him because he would also hide his head under his coils or face his head away from it, so I went and got a 50watt uv bulb and bang, now as soon as it gets dark here he starts roaming around and his first night out he knocked all of his moss out of it's tub, took a nice mouse sized dump in his watering bowl and knocked most of his foliage off of its suction cups.
So if you've got one of those red bulbs for night time (mine even had a picture of a gtp on front of the bulb packaging) I'd suggest trying something else.
I've been keeping a close eye on his "puffing" and it still hasn't gone away, it hasn't gotten worse though but as soon as I see mucus or hear any sign of liquid it's back to the vet for some antibiotics!
Thanks for all the help again guys.
