We have a young three toed female and she has been turning herself over on everything, her hut has been removed and she continues to climb onto her water and fall over. She doesn't seem hurt and he tank is large enough for her size, aprox a 55 gal and she is almost 5 in wide. We take her outside a few times a week in order for some fresh air. We are worried she is going to hurt herself.
    Any suggestions?!

Are the sides of the enclosure clear, opaque or solid colored?

She's also ALWAYS hungry is seems, or at least always willing to eat.

Cover the outside with paper or aquarium background so she can't see out. They don't understand the concept of glass and she doesn't know why she can't keep walking.

I would do an enclosure that is a lot wider, especially if your turtle is amost 5inchs. 55g's are too narrow.
