He's always had a bit of a problem shedding his head and this time he retained his shed on it, eyecaps and all. Humidity's 80%, temps running from 80 to 90 degrees. I've tried soaking him, put a shedding aid on him and rubbing it with a warm, wet washcloth. I am rather concerned, especially with the retained eyecaps.

    Try the pillowcase method.

Agreed. If you don't know what this is:
Place a warm wet towel (Wet enough to still wring water out of but not wet enough to leave a puddle on a surface) into a pillowcase and then place your snake in the pillow case with the towel. Place this pillow case on a warm surface or in a warm area such as on a heat mat. Leave your snake in there overnight, a few hours or until the shed has come off. It's as easy as that!
