I know spirulina is a kiind of bacteria and is consumable but someone told me to feed them to my axolotl and i wanted to see what others think. I can't find much information on this and am hoping someone here in the feeder section would know if it's safe for carnivorous aquatic animals.

Spirulina is a blue green algae. It has been available as a tropical fish food for decades. I see no harm in feeding it to your axolotl.
