Bee (who is 3) found some eggs yesterday. We think these are salamander eggs. Does anybody know? They look like clusters of seed pearls or white caviar. I'll post pics later today...

Can't get any pictures that aren't blurry, but the caviar is an accurate description.

Were the eggs found under leaf litter, detrius, decaying forest floor matter or in shallow water, vernal pool?

Under a stone, in some soft, sandy soil. Right at the edge of our woods (lots of leaf litter in the area).
