This is my Hog Island Boa, her name is Maya, and she's 8 months old.
Hope you like them
I do! Very nice shots!
Awesome pics, thank you for sharing.
She's a good looking little hoggie!
Very nice photo work Rene! Nice poses!
Very nice Hogg, thanks for sharing.
Good to see more people who own them
Very pretty coloration,,,thanks for sharing.
That's a very pretty Hogg!
She's really beautiful. Great quality photos too!!!
Great pics, she's a beauty. Is she a pure-breed? Great to see another owner of these more rare snakes, they are a stunning species, we own two - who were bought as a pair, then were sexed as two females, but we suspect might be a pair again I think we are both secretly hoping they are a pair, as we would love to breed them and increase the captive population, but two girls would be great as well
nice hoggy, and good job getting your to pose for you, i can never get anything besides my beardy to pose for me. Well, my white's tree frog hardly moves in the day time so that's a no brainer to shoot, but the leo gecko.....that's another story i think it has social anxiety disorder lol.
great looking snake
Thanks for the compliments, yes, she is pure-breed, I got her from PM Herps last September, and I'm thinking about getting a male this year, and start breeding them in the next couple of years, and good luck with your hogs.
Thanks, it wasn't easy to get her to pose, it took me 45 minutes to get those 3 pictures, out of 105 that I took.
Thats a lovely snake
That's great - she really is a stunner, looks a lot like our male; much more silver then orange like our female (who by the way we have discovered are definately a pair and are breeding like mad - looks like the female is gravid!!).. shame you live so far away or you could have had a pretty male from our blood line
Once again, great pics - I find our hoggs one of the more easier snakes to shoot; they always seem to take really good photos.
