Yes, if you are nursing, it's important to get the vitamin D so they can absorb the most calcium.
Unfortunately she gets sick from the drops, so I just bring her outside for 15-20 mins every day, which is fine with my Pediatrician and Aurora loves being outside

I figured I would update my photo. I have lost nearly 20 pounds in a month's time due to stress and working my butt off, but I also finally got a hair cut to deal with that frizzy mess I had in my last picture.
Not the best way to lose weight! Try not to stress out too much You look great, if you seen my hair you would think frizzy mess.
couldn't help stressing, but I think the key factor has been working two jobs that has me on an awkward schedule and working out every night (thank god for 24 hour gyms).
That will do it!
