Hi guys, I'm new here just wanted to say Hello and happy to join you all.

I had some deeper questions, but for now I have a shipping one.

I am planning on getting a pacman from Samurai Reptiles through Jim Dyke at Alberta Reptiles.

He is going to Pomona in the US to get it from him then shipping it to me from Alberta to Nova Scotia.

Far as I can tell he's taking care of the initial business transactions so on my end its a shipment within Canada.

However I wanted to be sure I don't need any kind of special permits.

I don't have a deep understanding of shipping in Canada, but I do know that small cold blooded animals are fine to ship as long as they are labelled properly and the package does not leak or smell. I'm shipping out hermit crabs and haven't run into any permits or issues

Are they shipping from Canada to the US? I believe the shipper needs a permit if thats the case.

No they are shipping from Alberta Canada to Nova Scotia Canada. He's never heard of permits, at all, in this and he's shipping to Nova Scotia before. I just wasn't sure if I was going to require something. I didn't think I would but my room mate wants to be sure. Thanks!
