I absolutely love dumerils! Great looking color on that one, too.
That's a very pretty dumerils! It's been a while since anyone's posted about these guys. Glad to see some more pictures of these guys! Hope you enjoy your new friend!
Nice looking snake!
Dum's are one of the species I am interested in. But my wife hears the word "boa",....LOL!
She is gorgeous, thanks for sharing!
My girlfriend actually picked her out we got her for 100 she is so strong already about 18 inches
Does anyone know any special needs for habitat or just normal snake care
Dumerils Boa Care Sheet
Here's a caresheet I came across. Take a look and make sure you are following the guidelines.
Thanks for the care sheet she's in a 30 gal with turf floor for easy cleaning and her humidity is a little higher because I'm in Florida and humidity here is high already somedays it gets to 80 percent other then that everything is ideal she lays on the couch next to me all the time one of the coolest snakes I also have a striped king and a baby corn right now next I'm going to try for panther chameleon
Great looking animal, are you looking forward to her getting 10'+ and 35-40lbs?
Nice meaty snake when fully matured,Congrats on a great(under rated) boa.
