These things have been crawling around my knight's tank for about eight weeks, and since he has a lot of wood and a few live plants in the enclosure, I figured that to be the culprit, and that they were nothing more than harmless microfauna.

From what I can see he has none on him. He's a bright green lizard, so they would be relatively easy to spot. The larger gray ones dwarf the pale ones, and have antennae visible to the naked eye (but not my camera  )

Any ideas if these are bad?

Hard to tell exactly what they are from the photo but if they are not on the lizard they are not mites. Reptile mites look like grains of pepper and tend to congregate near the eyes and vent. If you have access to a good magnifier, they also have 8 legs instead of six.

    Alright, thanks. :)
He has a habit of hanging upside down from the screen so it's given me a really good chance to check his vent and the loose skin on his dewlap (Which I've read is another place they congregate)

I'll see what I can do about the magnifying glass.
