So a few of you may recognize my old thread talking about my allegator lizard eggs. Well, they hatched and I can't even think right now. I do want some input though. Such as: suggested tank size, humidity level, temps, water supply, suggested food for such small reptiles, and what substrate to use. Currently they are in a very large container with a paper towel substrate not all eggs have hatched just 4/7.

They need a 20 gallon long. The basking temp needs to be around 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit. They need UVB. A water on the cool side will do. You also need some hides. You can use top soil or organic potting soil, no pesticides. About 4 inches of it. You need to mist it 2 times daily. Pin head crickets and small mealworms will do fine for a diet. Also supplement with veggies. Use some reptical and multivitamins too. Good Luck on your lizards
