Knot On My Brown Basilisk's Leg?

I have a female Brown Basilisk (her name is Luna). My parents have been keeping care of her for the last month and a half or so while I have been moving.

She has been on a cricket and meal worm diet and gets plenty of exercise climbing and running on the couch.

About a month ago a knot has appeared on her left rear leg, but she doesn't pay any mind to it and it doesn't seem to cause her problems.

Any idea of what it could be?

I would have it looked at by a vet to be certain. We would only be guessing. It could be an abscess, tumor, calcium deposit, etc. Only a vet would be able to male a proper diagnosis.

Could also be a parasite or bite.
    Best to seek a vet.

Hi, I agree you need to see a vet asap. Can you show a few photos of the enclosure and give details of the conditions? Thanks!

She's in a 30 gallon glass tank with a side to bask and a side to cool off. She has a water area where she can lay and bathe herself.
