Hi all I'm new here. I have a question. I have a cuviers dwarf caiman I want some ideas for an island. I want it to be water level where she can still go underneath it. It's in a 50 breeder tank. Thanks

hi, ive seen turtle docks you can probably use, im not sure on that, and the only other thing i can come up with is making one out of wood and probably some concrete or grout and build your own custom one.......

Last tank I had my caiman in was 200 gallons (2x2x6) and it was way to small in less than a year. Adding an island sounds great but a bigger enclosure built with an island in mind will suit you better in the long run.

Could epoxy seal some Styrofoam and use it as a floating island. Personally, I give my palps and trigs more land than water s young and adult.
