There is a wood frog who lives in my garden that I found with a huge cut on his throat. I put a little Neosporin on the wound. It did not stick on well. He is in a large tank with grass (no dirt at all) /plants, a large flat rock, water, and there is a thin film of water on the floor of the tank that I sprayed in. I am bringing him to a wildlife rehab in the morning. He has a basking spot that should equal our outdoor temp. (80 degrees or so) and I put a uvb/a lamp on too. Any comments or suggestions? I can't get a photo - don't want to pick him up again. By the way, he is very lively still. I feel like he's my responsibility - kind of a feral pet. The wildlife rehab. is an hour away - Tufts.

He went to the rehab & they gave him stitches! He'll be fine!
