Adding images to a post is far simpler than people may believe. This tutorial will show you how to quickly add images to any post you create. 1. Upload directly from your PC When you create a post, you always have the option to add an image via a direct upload from your computer. This method requires that your image falls into the allowed size allotments, but is very easy to do. After you create a post, DON'T hit the post button if you want to add images. Instead, scroll past that and look for this: Now click the Manage Attachments button and a new window will appear that looks like this: Now click the Browse button, and locate the image on your computer that you would like to add. Select that image, and choose Open. That image path will now be entered into the Manage Attachment field. Now hit pload. If your image was in the correct format and was the correct size, it will be displayed like this: Notice that the attachment is displayed? That shows that your attachment was a success. If your attachment failed, it would appear like this: This image shows that the attachment failed. If you look at the top, it also tells you the reason for the image upload failure. In this case, the image was too large. In order me to use this picture, I would need to use a Photo Editing Program and reduce the size of the image and then reattach it to the post using the same method.
