I was thinking about getting one. (I've posted plenty of threads on herps I'm looking into getting, but nothing ever ends up working :p)
Anyways, if I did get one, It would be in its final stage pf development, as an aquatic newt. Not the "eft" stage, where they're red and terrestrial. It would look like this:
File:Redspotted newt.jpg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia so, a few questions:

1: Tank size- will a 20 gallon long work? Smaller?
2: Feeding- I know they eat blood worms, anything else?. I've got no experience with feeding those things, and don't really like them.
3: Land- How much land do they need, if any?
4:Filtration- Do I need one? I'm willing to clean the water regularly to avoid having a filter.
5: Heating- Are there any special requirements?

    Thanks!
