So my enclosure is 48h 48w 24d at the top it is around 85-90 at basking Spots but I've noticed the heat is getting dropping to 73 at the bottom because of the fogger and causing the carpet is getting moist because it's not evaporating as fast as the humidity. Should I switch substrates and what should I do for the heat? Thanks

Switch to sphagnum moss to absorb the extra moisture. As far as heat 73 is fine for the coolest temperature. What are your night time temps though?

Night temps are about 3 degrees Lower in all areas.

I would suggest using repti bark. I have a chameleon and its what I use. works really well. and to keep moister and humidity in, their is some fake moss that you can get from pet smart.
