    Thank you for your help I have decided to get another ball python. I am geting a piedbald can't wait!! IF I did want to breed my normal ball python with a pied whould it come out pied or normal?

    If you bred a normal to a pied the eggs that hatch would all appear to be normal, but they would in fact be het pieds.

    So that means that they have the pied genes in them right?

    It basically means they have one pied gene in their DNA, in order to actually look like a pied they must have two pied genes.
