Thank you for your reply, I called the pet store, they were able to reassure me of the subspecies.
What's your method of telling? From what I hear there's different ways, and different features in the patterns and colors?
The easiest way to tell is the shape of the saddle markings, BCC is distinctly different from BCI.
Starting to think he's a cross between the two. I count 15 saddles, not including the tail. His tail is kinda red, but I guess that could just be because he's a pastel
