Amazon Milk Frogs

I am debating setting up a new frog viv and am torn between doing more darts (probably auratas) or an Amazon Milk Frog.

A lot of info online says a 20 gallon can house 2-3 AMFs, but I'm looking at a 10 gallon (was my old dart frog tank before I upgraded them), so was only planning on a single frog. Since they are often mentioned in groups like that though, is it important that they be in groups, or are they OK solo?

How are they with live plants? I mean, are they hard on that compared with dart frogs?

And last, how loud are they at night? One of the perks of dart frogs is that they are active in the daytime. I live in an apartment and don't want to disturb anyone. I know White's can be quite loud. How would you compare AMF? And is it an all night chorus or just a bit after sundown?

Anything else I should consider, let me know?
