Sun came out today, been cold (for SB) and windy for the last week. Today the sun came out and so did the lizards out back. Seems the resident male tried to eat something that bit back, sore on mouth...

Sceloporus occedentalis, Western Fence Swift, Blue Belly, several more common names but the scientific name will get you there :) I have a rather large colony living around my house and I watch them all the time :)

While not exactly cheap it's not overly expensive, Old model flash, diffusion panel, used macro lens, and older model camera body. All available new and used at lower costs than current run products. Even used my tripod was expensive... but it is what I needed and I'll most likely never need another :)

Nice, and still way above my old point and shoot, or my phone camera, which sadly is nearly as good. Oh well, money will be there eventually, lol.
