adult, female African Side Neck needs to be rehomed with some one willing to take on an algae issue. I have cleaned her tank and supplies multiple times with vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. The algae keeps coming back and with our crazy life and multiple other pets I think she would be better off with a family able to care for her. Is anyone interested? I have had no luck finding a rescue in the Spokane area

Uh, there are 5 different Spokanes that I could find easily, so you'll need to be more specific. Assuming you mean Washington, im too far to be of any help in Michigan. And is the algae the only reason your getting rid of it? Algae growth it pretty normal in turtle setups, at least if you have decent lighting. And it's completely harmless, in fact some species actually normally have a thick growth of it for camouflage.

adding a pump to the aquarium to keep the water moving will cut back on the algae drastically.

I use a pond pump in my map turtle setup.
