MERRY XMAS EVERYONE
Heres some links you might find helpful. As already mentioned keeplike other Indicus sp.
melinus - Varanus indicus...
So which one did you go for in the end?
New add on to the existing rep shed n pictures.
Quick update. Still doing well and getting more out going as they grow. Becoming less arboreal and starting to burrow into the substrate more now....
Nice one, looking forward to finished pics :)
Looking good. Nice paint job. Can I ask whats going in there.
Looking great mate.
They may be cute with the orange heads when young but this stage with these colours are awesome.
Got another close up of "Red" tonight.
You've cracked it !!!!!! Great pics of great monitors. Especially like your water monitor, and from what I can see the set up looks great too.
Might give it a go later on. Will let you know how I get on.
Thanks mate, I like to try and make my lot as comfortable as possible. You are right about them being generalists. It used to be easy to find them...
Thanks Aja, will keep updating their progress on here.
Good luck on the rep shed. Every home should have one lol.
P.s dont forget to insulate...
Seriously good looking monitors. Rare as hens teeth here in the U.K. Pics of these beauties always appreciated.
The maximum I can go height wise is 6'6" in the shed. Most of my arboreal vivs are 3' or 4' wide and 3' deep.
All the vivs have removable walls...
A lot, but worth every penny. :">
Thanks mate, the saw cuts were put in for grip but now you mention it, it would be an easier method for measuring lol.
Glad you like them....
Some great looking monitors everyone.
Heres some of mine.
I've no idea on its history, all I know is it was very alert, active and very well cared for.
