Hopefully her house training was made easier with the antibiotics getting out of her system. She was doing so well until her little infection came on, but hopefully she is doing great now. She is very smart, learned the boundaries of my yard within three days, thankfully with the help of my border collie who rarely leaves the yard. I am glad ya'll are being patient with her, and that she is proving to be the best dog ever. :D Thanks again for adopting her!

She will go back to sleep for a good three to four hours if you play with a squeaky toy for a half hour or so. Or, just rub her tummy in slow circles and she goes right to sleep and will stay asleep. I am glad she enjoyed her ride to her new home, and hopefully she stays good about chewing her toys while her adult teeth start to come in.

I completed all 60 miles. I did get 2 blisters but I think it was because we were drenched all day Friday. It was 48 degrees and raining! We had a great time even with the rain and the cheering stations were crazy. I think I cried all weekend. The shirts, watching people, reading signs, etc. were just so touching. I'm so glad that I did it but think I'll stick with Race for the Cure in the future. Just too much time needed for training to complete it again.

Woooooooo what an experience, lol. I was totally taken by the opening ceremony. I think we did good for the amount of training we did. I ended up walking 50 out of the 60 miles. My right knee was killing me, but I didnt get any blisters which was a blessing. How did you do?

One more weekend of training and then the event! I don't know that I'm ready but I do know that I'm ready to have a weekend back. I spend more time with my team then my husband - work and train with them :)

Training has been hard to do between mine and her schedule. I collected my 2200.00 a couple months ago, a few are still coming in.

Congrats Penny on doing the 3day walk. I am doing it as well in Dallas on Nov 7-9. What have you raised so far? Where are you walking?

The part that would anger you the most is that I jumped in the arcade after i got the PM and had that good game as the first game I played.
