Normally, we keep the gas mask in the bathroom.

What is so wrong with onions? I love them, I put them in darn near everything. Just once in a while, we get a very strong batch that fills up the house with tear gas.

Hello! I was worried there for a while. I'll still try to be very careful when playing feeding games with him though. As always, thanks for your useful input! :)

Hi, David! I was wondering if there is any risk in harming a tooth or two from your snake while feeding him. What I do is play a bit with his food, you know, shaking the pinky and making it seem alive or making it a bit hard for the snake to get it, so that I can provide some entertainment for him. I do that using a forceps. I was wondering if, while playing like this with the food, when the snake lashes out and bites into the food, he can lose a tooth or two from the slight resistance ( my reflexes :p ). I mostly concerned about losing a tooth and then mouth rot. He's about 10-11 months. Do you think that there is any real chance of that happening? Because if so, then I'll just put his food on the table and leave it simple...Thanks for reading. Have a lovely week-end!

Yesterday my water dragon got caught in between two fake plants, he's unharmed but he's really freaked out. We got to him as soon as it happened luckily. he was convulsing and had his chin flared out with his mouth open, he also had his insides pushed out a bit from his butt. I know all this has him really stressed but hes healthy for sure. But I'm wondering how long we should leave his cage covered without the lights on. Or basically how long should we leave him alone because its been over a day and weve been quiet but if we peak in at him he still freaks out!

Yes, we certainly do. I missed your help at the show, but luckily we found the only female spider in the place. We are happy with her temperment, she is mellow but curious. She does startle me once in a while because she is very head shy. Tiberius is a chillin guy compared to her. I am finally starting to warm up to her.

I checked the little box and saved changes, maybe that was what was pending on my side. Now we are friends, I see myself here. Hey again - you do have a gorgeous collection. Take care of that knee.

Yup, I can imagine a schedule must be helpful in the case of many snakes. I don't have anymore questions for now, but I'm sure I'll have in the future, as a beginner snake owner, in which case I hope you'll allow me to bother you with (probably) silly questions. :)
