Herp Center, its logo and content are protected by copyright and trademark. The content and registered trademarks of this website are not to be used anywhere without our written consent. Those found to be in violation of our trademark and copyright may have their website taken down for DMCA complaints or may face a lawsuit where applicable. (I have had 2 sites taken offline and one legal case settled out of court so far. I take this very seriously.)

Herp Center respects the intellectual property of others and we expect our members to do the same. Herp Center has no responsibility for content on other websites that you may find or access when using Herp Center’s forums, products or services. (We can't control the content of a website linked from Herp Center.) Material available on or through other websites may be protected by their own copyright and the intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries. The terms of use of those websites, and not the Herp Center Terms of Service, govern your use of that material.

It is Herp Center’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Herp Center and/or others.
