Cancelling Subscriptions

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you will need to log in to your PayPal account. Both methods below require this.

Transaction Detail Method

To cancel an Active Subscription through the transaction details:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the History subtab.
3. Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show drop-down menu.
4. Check the From box and change the date back 2 years (or approximately to the date you created your subscription).
5. Click Search
6. To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column.
7. At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription.
8. On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again.

Once you have canceled your subscription through Paypal, you will continue to have access to your premium features until your Subscription reaches the expiration date.

PayPal Account Settings Method

Here is how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment through your PayPal account:

1. Go to and log in to your account.
2. Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
3. Select "My money'.
4. In the "My pre-approved payments" section, click "Update'.
5. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click "Cancel".
6. Click "Cancel Profile" to confirm your request

When going to your "profile" be sure to double click on the tab to open the full Profile page as you may not get all the options if you just hover you mouse over it. Once the page loads you will see the section that says "My money".
