help with a chinese water dragon

hay all my dragon is acting strang lately she wants to be held all of the time, every time I put food if her viv for her or if I am changing water for here she scurrys up my arm and lays on my shoulder, at first I thought she just wanted out of her viv but it seems like she just wants to be held. Is this irregular?or normal? please reply

I am not sure how normal it is. Has she ever done this before, has anything changed. Is she eating?
