Wanted: captive bred CWD

Hi everyone! I'm new to this site, but I'm glad I found it. I'll do my best to fit in -- please be patient if I do something wrong.

I can't find a captive bred Chinese Water Dragon breeder in the Louisville area. After a month of research, I've started building an enclosure that should be pretty nice -- 4' wide, 4' high, 2' deep. The local pet stores have all the supplies I need to get started, but they don't sell CWDs. Where can I go to find one?

Only seeing wild caught

So far, my internet searching has uncovered only wild caught Chinese Water Dragon's. I've heard that captive bred is the better way to go.
