heh heh! (update on Bi'l)

on saturday, my friend came over for the first time since I got my WD. I had an area closed off in the hallway so he could run around a bit and explore (heat lamp and hide-holes were out, as well as a blanket and pillow which he seems to love). I asked her to hold him when my phone rang, just so he wouldn't escape the area when I got up. As I sat back down, he immediately perked up, turned to face me, and leaped onto my shoulder from my friends, and just stared at me for the next while, kind of a "what were you thinking, letting someone else hold me?!" we both started cracking up at his expression, which I then had to explain to my mom, who was on the phone (i think she had though we'd lost our minds!)

Bi'l definately seems to know who his owner is!

Today marks one month since we brought Bi'l home, and he's sure growing fast! he seems happy with his home, and eats like crazy now! (he usually has about 8 crickets a day, plus about 5 mealies; compared to the ~3 cricket a day meals a month ago!)

just thought I'd post an update on my little goofball

oh yeah, and I added some photos to my photobox, which turned out quite a bit better than the first batch. The new ones are labelled as "applebees" in the "Bi'l, etc" folder, which can be found here . more to be posted, as soon as I get the chance to take a few more shots of him
