Water Dragon Crisis! Please Help!

I'm planning on getting a Chinese Water Dragon but I don't know which one to choose as a starter? A wild caught adult or a captive breed baby? Please help.

I will always suggest a captive bred baby over a wild caught adult anything!
Usually healthier
Less likely to harbor parasites and disease
already accustomed to Humans
Used to eating commercially available foods stuffs.
And with an adult you have no idea how old the lizard is. Nothing like getting everything set up and doing well and having the animal die of old age!

Thanks! I thought that Water Dragons were different from my other lizards but I guess not.

I agree with Merlin, I always buy captive bred everything it also discourages trapping and poaching of rare wild critters.
