hi i got a friend that's selling one for £60 it comes with everything and a very big tank, i have never had one before but am interested in buying it as a pet,are they good pets and how easy are they to look after plus is it ok to put in a bedroom

When you say it comes with everything and a very big tank, that could be anything.
How big is the tank? Length x width x Height
What kind of lights are in the tank and how old are they?
What is the heat source being used?
How is he measuring the heat, digital thermometer with probe, analog dial type, or strip tape type?
What kind of substrate is being used?
How big is the water area?
What is the humidity level and how is he measuring humidity?
What is he feeding the Water Dragon?
A picture of the Water Dragon and the enclosure would be great for members to see if it needs anything?

Read over the care sheet that cslammon provided for you, they are not really a beginner type of lizard.
You may also want to check out some of the enclosures that other members have for their Water Dragons, and read some posts that others have made in reference to Water Dragons.
