Not sure if anyone has already mentioned, but it is possible that some females can store sperm in them from past matings so that the eggs can still be fertilized. Though there probably won't be a chance if you had her before she reached sexual maturity.

Meki: Luckily for you lol, I find that there are a lot of adult male dragons out there looking for good homes. It's the females thats really hard to find! Maybe Petfinder's a good place to start? There are reptile expos and shows too, if you have them near you're area.

look into reptile rescues. They often have adult Chinese Water Dragon for adoption.
