It's hard to tell at a young age how old they are. If these are there current ages, look at Rocko's belly. Males will have a line of dark femoral pores running on the inside of his thighs between his vent and his "knees". Females will not. As they get older, the spikes will be different as well. The females will be "smooth" and even. The males will be more jagged and uneven. Check out my pic's and see if they help you.

could anyone post pictures of their females nuchal crests? and also the dorsal crests along the top of their tail? My dragon's crest is prominent but not outragiously tall nor does she have the ridge of bone growing there yet

well, now that I have looked at a few pictures. I am too unaware of my dragons Gender (Izzy) Has spikes... but I didn't know that females had them too. I am praying that I dont have a female. Im hoping I had to males. My youngest one is wayyyy to young to tell. Someone look at my pictures and tell me what you think.

well what I know the females have smaller less prominent spikes.

could you get pictures that are closer up of their spikes? kinda hard to see from those pics =)

also a question for you, for your water divider did you use plexiglass and sealant?

I bought The Turtle get away thing, comes with a built in filter. then I used Aqua silicone. Takes a few good coats, but works out really nice. Looks really good. And ill get ya closer picture of Izzys spikes, the baby still doesn't have any.

wow it is pretty hard to tell, so far it can still be female. cause i've seen some females with pretty long spikes. have you checked their femoral pores yet?
on the underside of his bag legs near the base of his tail? boys have darker brown bumps while females dont. its harder but try to get a pic of it?

also how old or long is your dragon?
i can't tell for sure what mine is yet cause she's only 16" long right now.

so the divider is pretty much permanent? aww I was looking for a temporary divider sort of thing

im on my laptop right now... So I can get any pictures of the underside. But the divider thing you can take out, you just have to use a razor egde knife to get rid of the silicone... Pritty cool thing to have though.
