Hey Meki! Does he do this in all parts of the cage or just the basking area? Do you hear any wheezing or noise?

Wheezing may be a sign of a respitory infection Something only a Vet can tell for sure.

Some reptiles will also open there mouth like this to help thermoregulate, but with the weezing i'd be worried, Really the only way to know is to get him to a vet.
All you can do until then is maintan the proper heat and humidity.

My enclosure maintains the temps and humidity automatically. I will try to keep eye on her.

You may want to double check with a spot thermometer, incase there's anything going on with the auto controls, just to be sure.
Keep us posted, and let us know what the vet says.
Make sure to go to an exotic specific vet, and ensure they look at any possibilities, respitory infection, mouth rot, so on and so forth.
Hope he gets a clean bill of health.

If you think it might be a respiratory issue, then you can bump up the heat just a bit until you can get her to the vet.
