New Enclosure Finished for the Yoshi!!

Thought you guys would like to check out Yoshi's new pad. Yoshi just moved in a few days ago, and is still adjusting to all the new room.

The inside of the enclosure is 5'X3'X2'. it comes with 5 fully furnished levels, for his climbing pleasure, and a heated pool with a soothing water fall. the ground level is covered in a nice live jungle moss, and has a few miniature plants to liven the atmosphere. Also there are a few air plants here and there to liven up the view a bit. As a nice bonus, there was a nice 1/2 grate skylight installed with a RetipiUV 160 watt bulb, for those lazy mid day baskings. With all that light you'll want to take full advantage of the fully automated misting system to keep the humidity up to a nice 70-80 percent.

Hope you guys enjoy, I know yoshi is.

What an awesome viv! Question for you. The 1/2" skylight, will the bulbs melt the plastic with their heat or is it heat resistant grading? Love the idea!

Nope, I was worried about that initially as well, but it seems to be doing fine. I have the bulb mounted in a "deep dish" reflector just for that reason though.

Thanks guys. seems he really likes it so far, and that's what really matters!
