Hmm, is She...fat? Or is It That Time...
This morning I woke up, and I happened to look at my Chinese Water Dragon and Im not sure...but the way she was laying made her look a lottt bigger than normal, like she MIgHT be gravid(im not really sure cause I havent come across this)
![]() ![]() Should I add a digging box just in case? Ive had for about 9 months, I got her in August and she was around 12in, now she is around 22-24in |

Re: Hmm, is She...fat? Or is It That Time...
At that age, she could indeed be possibly be gravid.
Definitely put in a laybox. The laybox should be filled with moist soil that is at least six inches deep. Make sure to have a good, unexpired UVB light source and be giving her pure (vitamin D3-free and phosphorus-free) calcium at every feeding if you suspect she is gravid. |
