live plant ideas please
I was wondering if it would be ok to put bamboo in a water dragon enclosure or if it would be harmful to the dragon and what about other plants and I will be getting the bamboo from a health food store so I know it wont have pesticides in that is not the issue just want to know if the bamboo it self would be bad

I know very little about dragons however, bamboo is one of the most common plants in there natural environment. I would assume it would be fine but I suggest you wait until an experienced dragon keeper happens along.

Bamboo is safe.
Here is a list of non-toxic plants you can put in as well: Non-toxic Plants - VeterinaryPartner.com - a VIN company! Dragons generally will not eat the live plants, but better safe than sorry and get non-toxic plants. |

Are you talking about true bamboo or what is sold as "Lucky Bamboo"? Lucky Bamboo is the stuff that is basicaly stems usually several tied together and sitting in a container of water. They are not actually bamboo but a species of draceana.

I GUEST I AM TALKING About lucky bamboo merlin is it that diferent and would it be harmful it he eats it and I was wondering about some live dersert plant I could use with a Bearded Dragon if you have any ideas let me know

been quite a while since I made a post but if you are looking for live plants for a WD enclosure I would have to say POTHOS is my fav. Can grow in dirt or even ful submerged. CANT KILL THEM
