Re: WD Books
Most care books for most species tend to be pretty basic unless you get into serious scientific works which are pretty dry reading for the average keeper.
There really isn't anything that I am aware of strictly devoted to water dragons. There is a water dragon book by Phillipe deVosjoli that includes basilisks.
The best resource I can recommend (aside from our own caresheet which Trica wrote)is Tricia Powers' website Tricia's Chinese Water Dragon, Reptile and Amphibian Care Page (Water Dragon care, Reptile care, Amphibian care)
Tricia is considered the undisputed queen when it comes to WDs!

Re: WD Books
I have a few different books, and lots of care sheets, but agree with merlin, Tricia's site and the WD, Basilisk, Sailfin book are the best.
