Re: Odd Eating pattern

If he will not eat vegetation (like mine still to this day will not do) - I started out by mixing the Reptocal and Herptivite supplements into Gerber Tender Harvest (organic) baby food. I used an eye dropper and dropped a little on her snout til she licked it off and eventually she would let me squeeze a few squirts onto her tongue. Now that she is older - I just coat her superworms with the supplements and occassionally dust her crickets. Anyways, the baby food is a good way to go. My reptile guy at petsmart was impressed with the growth and health of my dragon - and thought the baby food was a clever idea. I did not want to over do the crickets when she was a hatchling because sometimes it is really difficult for you to get the smallest sized ones at the petstore and for your WD to catch them as well. Also, the cricket noise was a bit of a bother - if they made it through the night. I have also heard that they like hibiscus flowers, however, mine did not. I did find powder though - and will occassionally add in with the supplements when coating their prey.

Re: Odd Eating pattern

thats a reallt great idea. We tried hi with carrots and he absolutely loved them I'm just worried about him getting enough calcium. he seems to be growing really fast now, his recent growth spurt was a big one so making sure he gets all he needs is top priority.
