As far as attempting to manipulate the regrowth of the nuchal spines no there is nothing u can do. However. As we know the nuchal spinal section ranges from the top of the neck, to the middle of the tail ( female crests being shorter ) Males spines having more of a triangular shape.As your Dragon grows ( matures ) His / her spines will continue to grow up to half an inch tall ( 1.27 cm ). So I'm thinking givin there is no damage to the crest itself ( the base of the spinal section ) yes your Wd's spines will grow back. I hope this is of some relief to u and otis

I see nothing wrong with raising a dragon for Westminster.
and, if that IS the sole object, and goal, here we have a fine, healthy specimen that has been well cared for that exhibits a visual discrepancy.
Perhaps those willing could offer a new home for George's WD and he can begin his quest anew... This time, NOT putting it in w another dragon !

YEP, I'm glad you cleared it up too. I have seen the non-perfect animal thing too. My friend rescued a really fancy pure breed from a shelter. Clearly never handled all its life. Never knew love, just knew shows. It took a full year for her to come around and actually like people.
