I dont see that happening without mating to another water dragon. They can lay infertile eggs I believe on their own, but not fertile. I could be wrong :|

I think thats sounds insanely crazy! How long have they had the wd, eggs could have been fertilized before they got it.

I thought that as well but she said it definatly has never been with a male to me its quite freaky as when I had a feamle on her own and she laid eggs I just binned them so maybe folk should be incubating all the eggs just incase

A while ago I heard about a burm that had never been mated laying fertile eggs in a zoo somewhere.
I don't know how true it is.

There are a few herps that are known for parthenogenesis and a few that have recently been subjected to it. (Komodo dragons and Burms)
I've never heard of water dragons being able to reproduce without fertilized eggs, but doesn't mean it can't happen. However, Water dragons can lay infertile eggs.

This could be very true. There have been cases of cornsnakes laying fertile eggs without pairring. The snake simply "clones" it's own genetics in the egg. In most cases the young don't live or are deformed. Though heathy young aren't unheard of.
