i use greens and veggis off good food lists for iguanas and bearded dragons
i give mine a mix of collard greens and squash with other greens and veggis from the lists added as the super market has them and I like to keep a bowl of finch food in there for them to snack on I think I use hartz finch food its a mix of seed and pellets
i also add dandelion to the mix in spring and summer when I can get them from the yard

Dandelion is the best greens for them.It has an excellent ratio of calcium to phosphorus.I also use endive, and the frozen mixed veggies you find at the grocery store. Those are my main staples and I combine everything Jade said as well.I also sprinkle on some low-protein turtle herb diet food as well.
