I was wondering if there is anything I can do to block the heat from escaping through the screen over her heat lamps. Some people told me aluminum foil would work but if anyone has any suggestions or tips I would love to hear em.

you can cover the open part (not the part with the bulb above) with a towel, to help hold heat in.

You can cut a piece of plexiglass to fit around it.Don't put it right up against the lamp though.With it covered keep an eye on the humidity levels.

the heat went up and the humiditiy went down how do I bring it up I have a water dish in there,should I mist my tank?

how low is your humidity? Uros dont need their humidity to be high though I cant remeber exactly the range it should fall in *goes to find out*
